She’s 3 years old, and she’s the sweetest kitty you could ever meet.
Recently, I found a lump of some kind protruding from her stomach. It feels hard, like bone or cartilage. There’s a possibility it could be anything from a hernia to a broken rib or breastbone. To find anything out, I’m going to need to get her examined. I’m worried it could be life-threatening, or cause her pain for the rest of her life.
I emailed my local animal hospital, and the cost of the kind of exams she needs comes to around $120. I’ll also need about $50 for her first full round of vaccines, as per the vet clinic’s policy. That’ll bring my total to around $170.
